Just wondering if any other Sellers have been experiencing Items Not Received cases due to a backlog at courier depots.
I'm waiting for delivery of an order which I paid for on Friday 29 November.
The order details on eBay said it would be dispatched via Yodel 48 with no tracking.
But on Saturday 30 November I received an email to say my order was at an Evri depot and a tracking number was given. Almost a week later and the status update has still not changed to 'out for delivery.'
I sent a query to the eBay seller, and received the following reply:
We have over 2000 parcels from last two weeks are stuck in the transit with couriers including evri, yodel, royal mail, dhl. some of these are not even scanned yet and some are in delivery depot waiting be processed so these can go out for delivery.
Anyone else experiencing this? Very scary - could lead to loads of Items Not Received cases.
