Anyone else seeing overdue orders?

I log in this morning to an apparent 7 overdue orders. Upon further inspection they seem to be from August and October last year - they were clearly sent because I've received feedback for about half of them.

I was wondering if anyone else is seeing the same?

Hopefully this won't mean defects, or emails being sent out to customers informing them I haven't yet sent their orders!

Yes, and it was bugging me all morning!

I post everything via RM OBA and they are all automatically marked as dispatched. 

I archived them and the red number on my dashboard disappeared. 

There are so many glitches right now!

I am showing as having 5 overdue orders. One from August 2024 and the rest from October 2024

I had to select the period as 'last year' to get them to show. I'm glad I'm not alone at least!

I too had to set the period to "last year" and now the 1 that's supposedly overdue has turned into 16 that are overdue! Some also have +ve feedback from the buyer so I'm guessing it's a glitch somewhere.

I contacted them today regarding this and they said it was a tech problem, Also asked why my sales were so bad and she put the phone down on me. After 15 years selling on ebay this will probably be my last year.

My overdues have doubled since the start of this post.

No doub`t I`ll get an message from Ebay telling to post my items on time !!!!!!

I woke up to 1 this morning & just had 1 more this afternoon.

eBay's salaries cannot pay well enuff for kiddie daycare, 'cos they're all running around in the server room.

I'm getting them as well.  Eventually found a way to contact Customer Support about it but I've yet to receive and answer

I also have 1 overdue that popped up this morning, it also shows the usual "print labels and post" just above it in red text. When I click on either of these red text messages, there is no sign of any item or anything like that. I did some digging and found that my "overdue" items is from 3 or so months ago. UK seller here.

Had the same as everyone else, started with just 2 this morning , by mid morning it said 6 overdue orders and now it says 4. So im not sure why the number is changing. Strangely the overdue orders are from october and august like everyone else. Not sure why those 2 particular times.

There is much more overdue this morning. Looks like the ebay glitch is getting worse. Please go to "manage orders", select "overdue" and change to "last year" and you will see that there is more and more appearing every couple of hours. CS told me that they will report to the technical team and to simply mark them as dispatched, but there is more and more showing every few hours, please check...

This was reported to tech yesterday afternoon and its being worked on to resolve. Once they provide an update on a fix I will update the thread.

A quick update - having dispatched all due orders today we have no overdue shown any more. Fingers crossed!

Thank you, we marked 8 "overdue" orders as dispatched yesterday and this morning another 10, all from August and September, looks like your system removed the tracking from them, or unmarked them as dispatched. Can you please make sure we will not get any defects because of that glitch - Thx.

I've had some of these this last week, and some more today.  Not old ones - ones that have been sold, dispatched, and marked as dispatched, this week.

They are still in the "dispatched" list on eBay, but eBay has sent me notifications that they are overdue.  

It tells me that to stop them being "overdue", I have to enter tracking details.

It seems that someone at eBay has implemented a new rule - anything sent without tracking is now treated as not dispatched at all (even if it has been delivered and feedback received for it).

This glitch is still happening to me. I'm getting phone notifications from the eBay app that some items sent in the last week are overdue dispatch. But they are rightly in my dispatched section. Tracking hasn't been added to these items notably.

Worried I am going to get penalized for something here...
