23 years on ebay - new business seller however now I can't list ?

i am a 23 year odd ebay seller and have been forced to go down the business seller road. I have done all that but then I now can't post listing from my drafts folder. I rang ebay who walked me though the steps i needed to take which didn't work. I rang back and a computer technician went through cleaning cookies etc... in macOS. It has been 12hrs as i type and still can't put any listings up , i'm still just getting the " you need to be a business seller" red banner. 

I rang ebay back and after several 'on holds' they can't see why i'm still getting the errors, the accounts department said i shound be good to go too.

Do i need to wait for days or something or is it another call to ebay when the reopen tomorrow ?

You have 6 items currently listed ... usually, can take up to 24 hours for new listings to go live.

I would personally leave it til the morning and try and get Dublin early doors (eg after 8am) it may be that whilst you are registered that ebay need to update these accounts (not just yours) in batches so it could be a couple of days wait til the banner goes. See if Dublin (if you get through to them) can shed some light on it for you.
