not on for at least a week

woke up on monday in a lot of pain in my left back,think i must have badly strained a muscle or something ...,hurts when i move,cant remember for sure how ive done it though anyways the fact is im stayin in bed to rest it,see if it improves,so probably wont be on,as my pc is downstairs,just thought id let you guys know,,,,ive not just disappeared and fell down a black hole,,,will be back sometime next week hopefully

Hope you feel better soon Daz,and try to keep moving about. I trapped a nerve in my back last year and was okay sitting in a certain position but had to be very careful when I went to stand up. I found bed made it worse-especially when I tried to turn! All the best.
