As Nine Bullets sing in one of their brilliant tracks from their debut album Nine Lives. Still my favourite album for a long time, and only a fiver.

After getting my copy of their cd, I ordered two more for friends I am seeing at the 100 Club next weekend when we see UK Subs. The band generously sent me a signed 10x8 photo with the cds which was a top surprise.

Great result though and nice of them to send the bonus photograph.  Hope you have a great night at the 100 club with the Subs.  My brother and I have tried to fit in a show at that venue each time we are in London but there was never anything on at the time we were there.  Still live in hope.

yeah sent you an email about it alex,but got no reply,, i didnt realise it either until yesterday,,,,, it looks like ebay moderator [kshah008] who works for ebay has edited his thread in someway,,,and now he wont be posting on there groups,,big loss to the group,thanks for the memories nigel..thanks a bunch ebay

Rather than reply to Daz directly, I will make one final post here. Thanks to all that contributed on here, you are a great group of people, and you all know how to contact me outside of eBay.

I believe very strongly in freedom and equality, and as part of that, freedom of speech.

Anyone who knows me will know I do not swear very often, but I occasionally use a swear word to emphasise a point. Knowing this forum has hundreds of lurkers who fail to contribute and exercise their option for free speech, I did not want to offend their delicate eyes in anyway, so bleeped my own post with asterisks.

Apparently my post was edited as it broke the rules pertaining to "Posting material containing profanity, vulgarity, hate speech, or threats of violence."

As I had bleeped my own post, that means they probably went for hate speech which is an insult in a free world where we have to speak out against oppressive regimes that bleed countries dry. It is also laughable in the context of my post, but a statement of how controlling eBay wants to be, and who it represents.

I can no longer be part of forums that do not allow freedom of speech as they cease to be forums.

I haven't been able to visit much lately due to other commitments lately but I am shocked that Nigel has left us after 'sanctioning'

The group is members only,so other than lurkers,there are only a few regular contributors (and I can't even include myself as that lately)so who has it upset?

I agree with Alan,there are so many fakes and forged items on Ebay that they do not bother to deal with but they come down with undue force on this posting.But then again,we don't generate the money fake items do.

I'm really sorry to see Nigel leave. He is very knowledgable about this hobby and one of the few on this forum to contribute on a regular basis. I wasn't sure what the edit was about but, I can understand now why he feels aggrieved at Ebays' action. And as others have said, Ebay don't clamp down on the fakes but think a self-edited word is a problem. Not good.

Well not much more i can say but i have had post deleted lately by some unknown mod when all i did was write the word bump too move a post up i had too start a new thread in the end .
Well i for one is going too miss Nigel's posts i was enjoying his EE record and Dr who posts sad when things come too this 😞
