Picked up a few other signed bits for my collection recently.

In a private deal, picked up an old signed EE card that does not surface too often. Alan O'Keefe played the father of Mary the punk in EE's early days.

It's a brilliant addition to my collection as it is getting harder for me to add older signed cards. Despite what might look like a glut of old and rare EE cards on popular online selling venues right now, I would not touch most with a bargepole due to their non authenticity, so when the genuine autographed old/rare cards do surface, they tend to go high and out of my price range. Remember when Mark sold his and got brilliant sales. The hardcore old time collectors know when the genuine signed cards surface amidst the crap, so some big money flies around.

Also picked up two cds.

The first by Chipmunk has a laughable graff - never impressed by initials for a signature. I actually picked this up last week, but forgot about it. 🙂

The second is girl band Wonderland with a signed poster. Have decided to leave the poster sealed with the cd for the time being, so not much to see, although you can make out one of the sigs.

nice buys Nigel, I don't remember the EE charactor, must be before my time of watching the show. I was surprised how much some of the EE cards for, as much I am enjoying collecting them I certainly wont be making any big purchases

Nice items - yes I agree re the E/E cards. There is one particular e-bayer listing over 15 of the rarer cards each week and I just don't see how that's possible as she has been doing it for what seems three months now and has duplicated some of them several times!??

Some nice items there Nigel. I certainly remember Alan O'keefe as Mary's dad wat back when in EE. Nice looking card. The CD's are great but the initials! Not good. Well done.

Nice purchases Nigel..the chipmunk must be an ip one I'm guessing as everything else I've seen has been more full than just 'cm' still very nice though 🙂

I can just remember Mary's dad when, I watched EE at the beginning. That sig of Chipmunk's is worse than some footie players I've seen. I always preferred Alvin anyway. 😄 The poster is a good addition too.
