I know they do pickups from boxes on Sundays, but never see deliveries on a Sunday where I live.

OVER HERE THEY ARE WORKING 7 DAYS A WEEK AND UNTIL 9PM INSTEAD OF THE USUAL 6PM UNTIL CHRISTMAS. SO HOPEFULLY EVERYONE GETS PLENTY OF RESULTS TO MAKE IT A SPECIAL CHRISTMAS.
THE VERY BEST OF LUCK EVERYONE.

Yes we can confirm it Royal Mail/My husband are delivering parcels on Sunday...because no one can get the timings/deliveries right throughout the week....Again Managers doing a job they know nothing about and then expecting people to work on Sundays to cover their inadequacies..

Due to the snow royal mail have asked staff to work today to clear the backlog of mail (double time :-)) - however it's mainly offices in the north east.

Alex, you cheeky beggar. No drink involved and also the snow has gone, so no mirage. I think the vans are out with the bigger parcels. I haven't seen a postie on foot since last Tuesday. Apparently Royal Mail bosses think it's too dangerous for posties to walk in the snow?:|. Milkman has still been about though.:-)
