Hey Nigel I wonder whether it is (bizarrely) becauyse you are a fan and so write to them more often. I've had a problem with replies from Forest before, getting some but not as many as I'd expect and I wonder if they think it's for selling on Ebay. i[ve had a reply from Zola though.
