***Royal Mail changes to online postage label format***

30 October, 2015 | 11:00AM GMT

Hello,

Royal Mail is changing the format for all it labels across Letter, Large Letter and Parcel categories and we’re updating our label-printing platform to reflect this.

All labels will now be positioned to print in portrait format in the top-left part of an A4 Sheet of paper. When printing the new labels, please ensure that you print in actual size and that you don’t resize or reduce the PDF image as this could lead to the label not being accepted by Royal Mail / Post Office.

The new labels will also show the Royal Mail tracking number for 1st/2nd Class Signed For and Special Delivery Guaranteed by 1pm services. You will still however need to take you item to your local Post Office to get it accepted and be provided with a proof of posting.

For more information on this Royal Mail change please visit the FAQ section on their website - http://www.royalmail.com/business/help/preparing-your-mail/getting-barcode-ready-frequently-asked-q...
