to share personal experiences and achievements, and also to ask for help.

WELL DONE Dark angel, that's brill'
Clare, that's great too that you are toning up & losing the inches, good luck for next week.
I am hoping to start some sort of excercise when my son starts school next month
(gawd! it's only 4 weeks away!).
It's been well over 4 years since I went to the gym, due to two pregnancys & two caesarians, one with complications.
So I will have to start very slowly when I do get back into it!

Ooooh, nearly forgot to say lol, I went for my WI today & have lost 1/2 a pound!!! so I am well chuffed.
I know it's not much but at least it's going in the right direction!
I'm dead on XX stone lol, so next week, with a loss, i'l be into the next lower down one!
That'l be the second drop in stonage lol
(& I will then have to drop down 2 points a day whether I like it or not lol).
I have lost 15.5lb's now at WW & 36.5lb's altogether!

Good luck this week, go for it!
(I have my tracker ready for the morning lol)

finely chopped naughty child, sprinkled on a little bit of ignorant husband and for afters a lick of the cats bum to keep the old breath down old chap dont you know!

lollys atkins inspired brekkie this morning is a foot of black pudding, sautee mushrooms, and a softly boiled quails egg, followed by a pint of chipfat, to keep the old breath down.

dont think I have shifted by holiday wobbley bits yet, but do feel a lot better about myself (trying not to slip into a eating disorder again)

banana in a wholemeal bread bun, ham sandwiche for luch, and for tea I had tuna, sweet corn, toms, cucumber.

but 😞 hubby bought me a mars bar

Hi everyone have just stumbled over this thread while surfing. I am five foot nowt and 10 stone 6lbs. I blame work and night shifts but its really down to me and I know that. Keep saying to myself I will not eat so much chocolate and what happens. Yes youve guessed it. I wouldnt care but am on my feet on 12 hour shifts so You would think I would lose it. Have started going to a gym called Curves half an hour 3 times round the circuit.
Have stopped eating bread as a start. Nice to meet you all.

Mmmm I love coco pops lol
They are fine, just a couple of points per bowl full (+ milk). Just bought another 2 boxes today lol.

I think bread is one of my main problems too, I think i'l join you for a week & see.

Have already gone slightly over on my points this week & we are all going out (12+ of us) for an Indian meal tomorrow night EEEEK!

Well I think this board has inspired me. Porridge for breakfast. Soup for lunch and a stir fry this evening. I have also gone out twice for a walk. Got myself a pedometer and trying to get to the 10,000 steps. No wonder I am shattered lol. The thing is will wait and see what happens when Im on night shift next. Its a start though.
