Jay - well done, 1lb off is better than on and remember that you have a better chance of keeping it off when you lose slower.
Kate - go to the meeting! It's better to face the music and do something about it rather than put it off and start gaining again.

Golfi - did you know that 1 digestive biscuit has an average of 73 calories in it? To work that off you would need to do 15 minutes on a rowing machine on a high setting! The supposed daily allowance for a woman is meant to be 1000 calories so just by eating those 3 biccies that is almost a quarter of your daily calorie intake.

You sound like you need to eat more fruit/veg (5 portions a day) and drink at least 2 litres of water a day.
If you feel bloated you might want to try giving up bread/pasta for a week and seeing how much weight you lose/how you feel.
Also try varying your meals, you'll find that this helps the weight loss faster as you body doesn't have the chance to get used to eating the same foods everyday thus knowing what to store as fat, use as energy etc. When you change your meals your body uses it up a lot more as energy as it won't know what the next meal is.
Do you do much exercise? Are you following a weight loss programme such as Slimming World/Weight Watchers?
