Just spent an hour on the phone to ebay customer support..

Most of that hour was on hold... but still.. I now need a huge cup of tea, some biscuits, a back massage, a holiday in the country, and possibly a therapist.

As my call was business related, will I be able to claim all of the above as expenses when I do my taxes?! 

It wouldn't have been so stressful if the representative didn't keep speaking over me rather loudly every time I tried to explain the reason why I was calling. But at least it was an 0800 number.. silver linings and all that!

(It appears that ebay are having a glitch today, where confirmation codes for confirming via text are just not arriving. So if you have this issue, don't call, just try again later.. save yourself the stress)

Who's for tea? I can also do coffee.. and maybe stretch to some cake

Organic decaf?... I do actually!  We had some for xmas. It doesn't go in the Nespresso machine, so it's not been used (not that we're lazy.... much!)

Perfect! Good job I picked up some chocolate too.. when I went to buy some stamps.

Of course, I somehow left the stamps in the shop. Now I need to email co-op customer services apparently, because I have no way to prove that 2 seconds after walking away from the counter, that I didn't sneakily hide the stamps....

 I hope it was a sum of money in excess of £10 you were discussing 

 One of the reasons ebay CS cant cope , is they are inundated with people who can't cope / wont cope .

 And think a penny chew up or down , merits somebodies valuable time .

 let the CS line be charged at 60p a minute , that will free up the genuine cases .
