Sellers Only allowed to send emails messages 12x a day

Why is eBay restricting sellers to send emails 12x a day once items are sold I can't message them...

They restrict the number of messages, so sellers can't sell intanglible items such as banned services and pretend they are physical SIM cards they are sending out.

Items sold on eBay must be physical, tanglible items

So eBay restrict messages to prevent listings that breach the terms and conditions like these to protect buyers and eBays reputation

 Classified ads exist on eBay for people who wish to sell services, and that is where they should be listed.

When you have a track record of sales then this should not be an issue. Same goes for holding payment.

Paypal use to do the same thing after a year if the track record is good then they would lift the holding option for payment. There are genuine sellers selling stuff on ebay.
