unable to login??

Just tried to login to my buying account and get a really weird message .. (image attached) anyone know what the issue might be?

I'd suggesting checking the email account you have registered with eBay to see if you have missed any notifications from eBay. Double-check any such emails really are from eBay before clicking on any links.

Something weird is your public feedback comments are missing. In fact, they are not just missing but your feedback profile appears truncated; there are no "All received Feedback", "Received as buyer", "Received as seller", "Left for others" tabs etc. You have apparently received 7 feedback in the last month so this doesn't seem to be due to account inactivity.

Unable to check but it appears that you have your Feedback profile set to Private ?.

Cannot list items with account set to Private ... check that your Selling account is updated including UK Banking details for Managed Payments >

I don't think that's the issue; when feedback is set to private it states as much on the feedback page.

The OP can't log into their account at all. The error they are receiving suggests a problem with eBay's multi-factor or 2-factor authentication - I wondered if they had been asked to update/enable it but had missed the email notification to do so.
