I think eBay will use any available funds automatically for packlink evri, DPD or yodel labels.
Either don't buy the labels until your funds have been transferred to your bank or don't use packlink.
Royal mail labels bought on eBay are separate from packlink and have to be paid for by PayPal.
You could also buy direct from the courier.
