after years printing RM labels on my 6x4 printer this morning the labels are formatted for A4 printing, I cannot find the label printing preferences, help please

eBay are working to fix this issue. Lots of forum users very frustrated over wasted paper, time and ink.

I find that I can manage it just about if I open the pdf label itself and zoom in on just the label, then select 'Current View' instead of all pages on the 'Print Range' slection box at the upper left side of the printing options.

Or you can cut & paste them onto 4 a sheet using your printer's templates, if you have one.

Such a hassle.

You may find it easier to go to Royal Mail Click & Drop.

Seems like another change for the sake of change...........

I am using click and drop until it is sorted as unfortunately I have to buy the postage in ebay before I can see if they have fixed it. It is not a waste of paper it is a waste of a label, too much hastle to save it, cut and paste then enlarge it, then the QR code is unreadable. why do these companies change things without any thought.
