I used to like purchasing labels via packlink for two reasons, the first being if the worst happened and I needed to make a claim, the packlink system was straight forward to use and most of the time the compensation was paid out provided all the correct information was supplied. I understand making a claim directly through Evri is neither as simple, nor as successful.
But the second and main reason I liked buying evri labels via packlink is that it was smart enough to know if my item had sold at a final price greater than the standard compensation value - and for auctioned items, who knows what the final sale value will be. As such there is an option to increase the compensation value at an additional charge. However this important option is no longer offered if the label is bought directly through eBay. Is there a way around this please?
