Unless someone knows different, as far as i`m aware, the person who purchased the label needs to arrange the collection. What the seller should have done when he bought it, was put your address on it, to be sent to his address and selected for collection. My suggestion would be for the seller to either ring Parcelforce and see what they say, or perhaps they can get this label cancelled and refunded, then purchase another one doing as suggested. Another alternative would be for them to cancel it anyway and perhaps they could send you the funds through paypal or bank transfer and you send it yourself 🙂
