A buyer is requesting invoice to USA, which I had not included in my shipping destinations as I can't be ...ed listing all the shipping options for all listings. When trying to send an invoice, I get a message "The buyer is requesting that you ship to a country that you have excluded." I am happy to send to United States. How do I send an invoice? Ebay's automated assistant is completely useless & sends me round & round in circles. Or how do I speak to a human being at ebay?

Try putting their ID on your exemption list to lift any blocks:

That doesn't seem to work - still getting the same message.
Buyer suggests cancelling sale, & relisting as a BIN direct to them. How do I do that?
