putting offers

i want to put an offer on a item but when i press send offer it just goes round and round then says it ran into a problem !! 

it's been like this for weeks now can anyone help ? 🫣

A couple of things for you to try.

Clear your cookies and cache via settings on your device.

Use a PC/Laptop.

Make sure your browser is upto date.Changing to a  different browser like firefox or chrome can also make a difference on ebay.
