eBay treating Jersey as an international destination

I've just had a message from a potential buyer in Jersey asking why postage was so high. When I checked my listing, eBay is treating Jersey as an international destination for some reason. I can see no way to get round this. I use GSP for my international shipping but I don't see why this should impact it.

Jersey is a Crown Dependency so it will be treated as an international destination.

Only option is to opt out of GSP, then relist and send direct by Royal mail.

You will have to cancel 1st item, issue with buyer address.
