Unable to link new nectar card

Good afternoon.

Hope your all well, in short lost my nectar card , it was already linked to ebay got a new one with same details but now i cant unlink then link  it to ebay as it states 

Your Nectar account has been temporarily disabled. We cannot show you your points balance and account information.

I contacted nectar who state unlink the old card but i have no option to do so.

Any ideas.

There are ongoing issues with Nectar. 

Use PC and goto Nectar under ebay summary,  Click the 3 dots next to card number to unlink,

You can then add new card.

This was an issue happening to several users,and dave@ebay  said a refresh sorted it!!

Ive escalated this to out Nectar team to refresh your account.

Your account has been refreshed so you should be able to log in and add the new card.
