Tracking for a personal courier

Hi, 

I use a personal courier to delivery my fragile statues around the UK, because hes a 'man in a van', there is no tracking so ebay will not accept if a buyer says item not recieved, even if they message me on ebay to say its arrived. Apparantly there is no way around having the item covered unless the item is full tracked, anyone know how i can do this without using Royal Mail , DPD ETC ?

You might be better asking this question on the business seller section of the forum to see what other sellers do.

I know this is a delivery, and not a collection, butvzi suggest you read what ebay has to say about collections, enter collection items in Help and Contact.

If a buyers signature is good enough to prove collected, it ought to mean something if a  signature was obtained on delivery.
