Duplicat losting

I've somehow managed to make a duplicate listing for the same item. Unfortunately, it has sold twice, but the second payment is on hold, so i haven't received any payment for it yet. I've had to contact the second buyer to explain the mistake and that the item is no longer available. He obviously wasn't happy, but it was a genuine mistake! Any advice about what to do?

Issue a cancellation and a refund will be issued automatically from the held payment.  Click on the dropdown menu arrow alongside the item on your sold list and select Cancel order.

You need to cancel the sale and refund the buyer.

Ebay will release the money to you after you make the refund although you may be out of pocket for a short time.

if you cancel saying the item is 'out of stock', you will get a defect on your account.
