Are you sure this was from ebay, as shipping addresses are the responsibility of the buyer, which are given to seller with the payment details.
I would be very reluctant to reply to such a message. Was it addressed to you by name? Any genuine message from ebay, would also come via email, and be addressed to you by name.

The message is real and from eBay,there was a glitch on 7th April where sellers were given incorrect addresses for some sales-It appears that those using Apple devices were mainly affected.
I'm not certain if it has been fully resolved.

It's being looked at as high priority by ebay, but no updates yet!
The IOS app users seems to be the one's getting the issues.

Hi All,
There was a tech issue identified with the IOS App where it reverted to an old delivery address. A fix was rolled out so if you haven't already you will need to update the app to version 6.155.1.1, you will then be prompted to confirm the delivery address the next time you make a purchase
The Tech team mailed all the affected accounts with an update on what to do next. If you haven't received it yet you can reach out to customer support and they will be able to check that it was part of this issue and resolve it for you.
Thanks,
Dave
