I had duck breast, new potatoes, cauliflower and sprouts.  He had chicken stew.  Then we both had fresh cream strawberry gateau.

Boss will be doing a barbecue on the beach so I'll get someone to go down and fetch me whatever fish is cooked plus some garlic bread and salad. With a bit of luck there might be some spider crabs.

Had ham salad for lunch, got 3 grandchildren over tonight so we're all having homemade veg soup with added baked beans and orzo pasta with lots of dippy wholemeal bread.

a chicken breast with garlic bread, ceasar salad, eggs, beetroot, home made potato salad, coleslaw,cous cous,cherry tomatoes, grated carrot and cucumber, two types of humous....I think that was it!!!!!

Thers an aple pie in the oven but not sure I have  room for it...
