We are having beef and ale casserole and very nice it is too. Plenty left for freezing.

We had our usual Tuesday roast with FRESH beans, spring greens and broccoli and HOME FROZEN carrots, but don't tell Maggie!

Then we had blackcurrant jelly made with evaporated milk.

Frozen veg is fine if you like it CG.:) Better than wasting the carrots.:)

They weren't as nice as fresh to be honest, but as you said, better than wasting them, 7 lbs fresh out of the ground.

I was a baaaddd girl and ate a large bag of crisps so that was my lunch with some flat bread. OH had beef canneloni with flat bread. Crumble for him and a cream donut for me. I must be better than that tomorrow. I'm off tomorrow so can cook a better lunch.
