I have no idea what to have, as I am on my own tonight with son out to work, beans on toast or poached egg probably, with sssshhhh don't tell anyone, half a dozen strawberries I found in the garden.

Phewwwww its warm today,, humid and sticky. It will be Scotch Egg, Croquette potatoes,,and Tomatoes i think. YES.

Still at work so I had lunch out & am going to eat the contents of my lunch box later which consists of a peanut butter sand which crunchy of course & a pear, boring or what?

mmmm peanut butter, my usual breakfast when I am not working, crunchy (of course) peanut butter on toast, lovely.

Tiny rack of lamb (4 miniature cutlets), which was half price and well yummy.

we had stew dumpling and mash,yes I know on a hot day I must be mad, but the meat needed using up. Ate it at 9.30pm out on the swing!
