Son and I are having, pasta and meatballs, well I asked him what he would like as he wasn't out on the raz tonight.

Then for later he has bought nachos, dips and pop so we can watch the match together, OH hates football so it will be nice for us to watch it on the big tv and not have to sit in the bedroom as he is away.

We've had turkey salad followed by fresh fruit.

Sorry but I will not be watching the football tonight. If there is one sport I do not like it's football.

I have just had two little Sausage Rolls with Salad,,,, its warm and muggy here today,, i dont feel like eating a lot!!.

Having done a load of shopping, a load of washing and a load of washing up in hot hot heat, I was loth to start cooking as planned, so opened a tin of "7 vegetable" soup, which is rather dull really. Never mind - I'll know not to buy it next time.

Ginap was the yogurt nice? I've seen them in work and wondered.

we had a hamburger minus the bun, salad and potato salad which was mash with cheese and onion sandwich filler in it, it was lovely.

It was nice, definately more cappuchino rather than just coffee flavour, I know someone who whisks one with cold skimmed milk & ice, she says its lovely, must try that

You still doing Slimming World Gina? I lost over 3 stone very easily with it. Couldn't believe how good it was. Still stick to their recipes to this day.
