Roast chicken for us what about you?

Roast chicken in one of those bag thingies. It was lovely and moist had it with new potatoes and carrots and sprouts. Delicious it was too.

We had a small hot pot with mixed veg for lunch and we had turkey salad for tea.

Roast turkey breast and a selection of roast veg with gravy........ yummy.

Followed by banana half a syn cake from the Slimming world deserts. Gorgeous.   xxxxxxxx

Just like cauli cheese Cookie,

I par boil the leeks cut into round then top with a cheese sauce with extra grated on top and finish off in the oven

goes lovely with a sunday lunch with gravy on but also really great with ham/gammon and new pots

Steak in creamy peppercorn sauce with chips, mushrooms & broccoli.:)

I've not tried that one, but I love the speedy chicken jambalaya from the "extra easy express"

I am just amazed at how much I am allowed to eat and still loose weight. Although I have hit my target now, just have to maintain.

Freshly prepared meat fish and veg, you just can't beat it. xxx

the day's gone bandy!!!! soooo.... it was a breaded chicken thingy, chips for OH and peas, I had sphagetti on mine, love that tinned stuff! oh and I had green beans.....weird but I've run out of veg.....

huge chicken, hubby does the cooking... 1st setting, roasted chicken, gravy, roast potatoes, sweet corn fresh peas, stuffing (care of T*esco) then he went to the footy match

second go, chicken sandwiches with seeded wholemeal bread and plenty of butter (as I had to cook/not)

last go, doggy got the rest.
