Roast turkey breast and a selection of roast veg with gravy........ yummy.
Followed by banana half a syn cake from the Slimming world deserts. Gorgeous. xxxxxxxx

I am just amazed at how much I am allowed to eat and still loose weight. Although I have hit my target now, just have to maintain.

huge chicken, hubby does the cooking... 1st setting, roasted chicken, gravy, roast potatoes, sweet corn fresh peas, stuffing (care of T*esco) then he went to the footy match
second go, chicken sandwiches with seeded wholemeal bread and plenty of butter (as I had to cook/not)
last go, doggy got the rest.
