Stuffed today after various roasts, cooked breakfast and other filling food, over the weekend, oh and chocolate, don't really feel like much today, possibly a salad and something light for afters.

Out for my weigh in tonight so won't eat until I get back at about 8.30-9.00, so chilli & garlic sauce with king prawns, onions & mushrooms is already made, just need to pop some pasta on when I get in & mix it all together & have with a couple of slices of cheesy garlic bread

Had a Chinese yesterday instead of my lamb roast so we had it today. Roast lamb, roast potatoes, roast parsnips, mashed swede, cabbage, carrots, mushy peas and lovely lamby gravy. Lush!
