turkey steak, boiled taters sprouts and butternut squash and sweet potato, and gravy. OH had a lemon muffin, I had 3 jaffa cakes.

Yeah Stan, the more the merrier.  Get your reticulated ass over here!  I was given a bottle of voddie with gold flakes in it for Christmas last year.  I've just opened it!  The gold is edible!
