Can I ask you some questions please? (market research)

I am doing some research about anti-aging products & general facial skincare.

I wondered if you would answer these questions 🙂

1 / what is your age bracket : under 40 / 41-50 / 51-60 / 60+

2 / Male or female? (because I think men want to stay young looking too)

3/ Do you seek out anti-aging facial products?

4/ How much on average do you spend on a moisturiser? Or anti-aging Serum?

I guess I should answer first, lol. Female, 41-50, starting to use products, usually spend under £20 on moisturiser:)

I'm female in the 51-60 bracket and have never bought an anti-ageing or even a moisturising product!

I don't wear make-up so have no need for products that undo the damage make-up does.

My late mother used only Camay soap for many, many years and had an excellent complexion up to her death at aged 78.

Well you have your answer girls from our boys on the board, forget expensive creams, to have lovely skin take up shaving instead!
But don't use a cutthroat if your a novice . Cos loo paper on the face isn't a good look.
Actually joking apart I wonder if because men shave they are getting rid of dead skin cells all the time hence always having new skin showing, hmmmm interesting!.

Yes. I used to try certain new brands as they came on the market untl I found one that really works for me which is B*ots Protect and Perfect serum.

£23 every 3 months

1) Under 40 (for another month!)

2) Female

3) yes - but I prioritise products that work to heal sun damage over general ageing, because I worked outside in the MIddle East for a number of years, and we weer usually too busy or too dirty to top up sunscreen after the initial pre-work application; I have naso-labial lines every month except August (because I'm off usually in July, which I spend asleep!) but no other fine lines so I'd rather concentrate at the moment on the damage I know I've done

4) I spend about £30 on moisturiser, and the same on serum - I don't use anything with alcohol, silicone or parabens (in their various guises) in, which tends to wipe out the lower end of the market
