Not popped in for ages but shocked how quiet the boards are ! Am surprised not turned off !

Just had a look at the bottom of the first page in FHG and found a topic last commented on 14/11/2016 !

Unheard of previously and if that is an indication of what this forum has become, switch off the lights right now and save on electricity.

I think its been 5 years or so I've hoped the replacement nags would take off. There's a cpl fab live threads but I'm starting to feel like Kryten in red dwarf when they first found him and he'd been flying round on his own for millions of years. If it wasn't for ms. me 61_6 I'd have been carted off by the men in the white coats that they have to buy themselves because the nhs etc. etc. 

There was none of this quiet boards nonsense during the war you know, you got a ruddy haircut and you ruddy posted things. Nowadays they have it too easy, its all jeremy kyle and pop tarts.

we didn't have any boards during the war, we had carrier pigeons, normally took weeks to get a reply, assuming they weren't eaten.

Nothing changes really .
