Blurred Photo

Can anyone please tell me if it is possible to unblur a blurred photo taken on a camera? Had a look online and tried one of the tools but it didnt work. Thanks for any replies.

i think the resolution and how many  pixels have something to do with it

i think  professional could get something  almost as representative as a clearly focussed one , maybe  if they were taking elements from other photos  into their workings

otherwise i doubt its workable esp by a normal person and cheaply

To some extent yes. I use Corelphotopaint a lot and it has several different ways to sharpen pictures.
