Sorry to here that your not feeling very well Maisie. I've just had to check with my mum and an angiogram is one thing she hasn't had done. She's been cardiverted twice and it not nice. I hope that you feel better soon.

Hubby's had a couple ..... he's always been fine the following day, he goes for stents fitted next week but thats still only as a day patient.
I'd give the ward a ring like CB says, feeling ill the next day doesn't sound right.

i've had a couple always felt ok although because i live in shetland and hospital in aberdeen they kept me overnight check with doctor or probably better to check where you got it done as they'll have more experience

Oh dear, how horrid for you. Glad you are feeling ok again now. I guess you
wouldn't have any way of knowing you'd react, having never had it done, but
at least you will know if ever you need another one.
My mum-in-law is having one in a few weeks as she was getting pains on
walking any distance (she is used to walking miles), and they don't know
whether it's angina or something else needing attention.
