Refund my money

Hello ebay, i was surfing on ebay, finding a good pc soundbar. I got one, i like it, i proceed to checkout, insert my address ect. But after i put my payment info, it gives me and error that payment couldn't be proceed, try apple pay. I tried again and again same error. Then i got 1 message that £40 have been deducted from my account, twice £20 each item. Can you please help me and refund my money, i think that seller is a hacker or something

No the seller is not a hacker.

There have been sisues with payments and this has happened to others.

Did you pay in the end by a credit card?  Contact your card provider,  they will see the error,  that the same payment was  made twice in a matter of seconds,  and refund one back to you.
