I had a look in Edge's new add-on store and YouTube Comment Bot stood out.
Over the past several months, I've been getting spam comments on my videos (there are a lot, I upload clips every day) have been a pain. Some users have uploaded videos warning/complaining about them. They're "Good one, my guy", "Wanna be YouTube friends?", "sexy girls" (paraphrasing) and a dang nuisance to report/remove.
I presume the offered bot extension is one way of posting these and am appalled that it's been OK'd by Microsoft.
