No done that and it does not work. ebay chat says it's closed. In fact
I've tried everyway possible and it kust isn't happening

Having an impossible task trying to sort a query out with ebay. I was refunded by a seller. It says he refunded me to paypal (I don't have a paypal account! Ebay said I have received the refund into my bank account. They haven't. There is just no way I can get this query answered on ebay. When I contacted their 'chat now' it tells me it is closed
