Contacting eBay is becoming so hard. No email address, often the chat option is unavailable and when I request a call back eBay sends me an email telling me they tried to call but I wasn't available - but they do send me texts to my number.
There is no record or 'recent' call on my phone, no missed call alert. I have contacted my provider who say there is no problem with my phone, I have contacted eBay (via chat) and they say there is no problem at their end. This is becoming so frustrating, especially when trying to resolve a problem.
