Seller sent me some string instead of a 4ft clamp...Never responded to emails and I had to raise a claim to which I got a reply stated item was del on said date,etc...Again the seller had not bothered to read the content of what had been deliverd...After waiting for a week for the case to be found in my favour I sent it back and eventually was given a refund! Why then was my f/back taken off when all I stated was that the seller had sent me the wrong item and had not replied and in my opinion they would receive more negative feedback if their customer service was not looked at. Been with ebay for nearly 20 yrs buyer/seller and this is not the first time my feedback for bad poor sellers has been removed...Customer services pretty much agreed but said they could not do anything....Buyers are being mislead by removing genuine feedback is what frustrates me the most!!!
