can I use UK ebay seller account to sell on Australian Ebay

i have already had UK ebay seller account and put the lists on ebay.co.uk . Now if I want to sell the same lists on ebay.com.au, 

1. do I have to register on ebay.com.au

or 

2 . it sounds I can login with my uk ebay seller account, but how to transfer the lists to ebay.com.au

as above.    its up to the seller to remove any country they do NOT wish to sell to, otherwise it's automatically viewed and sold world wide. postage costs is up to you the seller.
