Royal mail tracked service not updating delivery progress since 7th March 2024

Hi all,

I send my items Royal mail tracked. Every item ive sent since the 7th March is not showing any updates either on the royal mail website nor in ebay. 

Is anyone else having this problem.?

I'm not seeing this on my royal mail tracked 24.  I send via royal mail business parcel app and with a collection.

Sometimes it just happens that the systems aren't updating at on colleciton point and then all the info uploads/ magically appears as though it had always been there a few days later.

Are yours posted individually or as a sack?
