Return scam? International buyer states item defective The Item is exactly as pictured and described

I've sold a vintage designer piece of clothing. It was very well photographed.

Buyer is manipulating the system and has said it's defective and wants a refund.

She has sent photos showing what is shown in my images but closer up (my images were close up enough to see)

There is no option to dispute this and it only gives me the option for her to keep it and get a refund or return it.  As it's international I have to pay $50 for a return lable

I feel the buyer is manipulating a loophole in Ebays returns process.

The help center (phone call) says I can dispute it when I get the item back but couldn't tell me the process once it's returned, as it's a vintage item that isn't in perfect condition (all shown in photos) Is this even true?

Am I  just going to be $60 out of pocket (shipping to and from) over this if there is no recourse after it's been returned?

Any suggestions??
