Yet another eBay nightmare to deal with today!
Anyone else having problems with their Purchase Order History? Yesterday I was having problems with eBay pages loading extremely (as in 2 minutes per page) slowly so I deleted all my cookies as per the usual suggestion from the laughably named 'Customer Service' department.
Logged back in again and things were slightly faster but not significantly.
Today I needed to check the staus of a return so went to Purchase History. Not only have all my recent purchases disappeared but in their place I now have every purchase I've ever made on this account from 2017 to 2021!
Not surprisingly if you try to get through to CS via the eBay chatbot it just comes up with 'Live support is not currently available'.
What on earth is wrong with this utterly useless business?
I now see I have to give this post a 'label' and can choose from 'Business Policy, Cross Boarder Trade,
Selling Tools, Listing an item etc'
'Cross Boarder Trade' with an 'a'? It's just unreal. Just how old are the people that design this garbage?
