Different numbers from two "different" reports for same date range.

Hi.

I'm trying to work out my eBay sales for UK Tax Return purposes and I'm getting given differing numbers depending on what I ask:

If go SALES under performance and put in the relevant dates 6th April 22 - 5th April 23 I get a money number and number of sales number (2804 sales)

If I then go to Transaction Reports under the Payments section, same dates, I get a number that's over £4000 less and only 2575 sales.

I thought at first the differnce might be cancellations, but they are included in the Transaction Reports  run under the Payments section so removing them will make the number even smaller.

Has anyone got any ideas on this one? Thx

Do you frequently make multiple sales to single buyers?  That would give you more sales than transactions.

That could explain the missing sales, but not the missing money.
