eBay have deregistered accounts for breaking rules.
Buyer has now opened two Chargebacks.
eBay is making me responsible for paying the Chargebacks even though they allowed the person to misuse their system.
The Chargebacks are against eBay not me. I understand me paying if eBay cannot see any misuse but in this case why should I pay for the eBay system's problem?
