gary that is sent to gary about 2 months ago and sad to say they wrapped a letter around the photo before it dried the letter stated that this will be the only time i will recive anything back as they keep your name and address on file ,which i knew so 1 emailed them with a scan of the card and they responded saying due to commitments it would be in the new year before they will send a replacment so we will wait and see

Real shame it's smudged, Alan. I hope they take it into consideration and you can get a replacement.
