I have tried to register my bank details for payments & purchases but I only have a joint account which is not acceptable by eBay. I can't get through to a representative to advise me what to do, any suggestions?

Do I have to change my method of payment and receiving payment? I prefer to stay with PayPal but doesn't look as though I'm being given that option. thank you
